Best Of SIGGRAPH 2008 Computer Animation Festival
"Plugged-In: On & Off Screen"

Unique, double-header season opener in Hollywood

  • Come experience the world's best animation and visual effects in a
    special showcase version of the SIGGRAPH Conference's Computer
    Animation Festival. This primo special edit reel of feature work, art,
    science, broadcast and games is brought to us by Computer Animation
    Festival Chair, Jill Smolin.
  • Reactrix will provide a presentation on their state of the art
    STEPscape and WAVEscape systems featuring projection and gesture-based
    interactivity. Experience their revolutionary system in action at
    selected hot spots like Hollywood and Highland. www.reactrix.com

 

Program:
6:30 P.M. - 7:30 P.M. - Social Hour outside, Hors d'Oeuvres and Water are included with your entry-fee or membership. In addition, as a SPECIAL FEATURE: Barnsdall will run a Cash Bar, with Beer, Wine and Soft Drinks.
7:30 - 10:00 P.M. Program Presentation.

All LA ACM SIGGRAPH will be admitted free of charge. Non-members of LA ACM SIGGRAPH are admitted for $20.00. New LA ACM SIGGRAPH members who sign up on-site, and pay the $40 annual membership fee (checks or cash only), do not have to pay the $20 admission fee.
